Automated tote stacker and destacker
Stack totes at the speed of your line.
Staccato stacks and unstacks reusable containers at 20 to 30 totes per minute. It is fitted to your line, not the other way around.

How it works
One machine. Stack or unstack.
Both jobs rely on the same mechanical principles, so one design covers them. Choose a mode to follow the sequence.
-
Totes arrive
Empty totes come in on a standard roller conveyor.
-
Staccato stacks
The machine places each tote on the stack, up to 30 per minute.
-
A stack leaves
The finished stack is ready for pickup or the next station.
-
A stack arrives
A full stack is presented to the machine.
-
Staccato separates
The machine releases one tote at a time, up to 30 per minute.
-
Totes flow out
Single totes continue on the roller conveyor to your line.
