Automated tote stacker and destacker

Stack totes at the speed of your line.

Staccato stacks and unstacks reusable containers at 20 to 30 totes per minute. It is fitted to your line, not the other way around.

How it works

One machine. Stack or unstack.

Both jobs rely on the same mechanical principles, so one design covers them. Choose a mode to follow the sequence.

Mode
  1. Totes arrive

Empty totes come in on a standard roller conveyor.

  2. Staccato stacks

The machine places each tote on the stack, up to 30 per minute.

  3. A stack leaves

The finished stack is ready for pickup or the next station.

Why Staccato

Designed to keep your line moving.

  • Keeps up with your conveyor

It matches the speed of a standard roller conveyor at maximum settings.

  • Simple to integrate

No link to your ERP is typically required.

  • Smaller and more affordable

A compact footprint and a competitive price next to the machines available today.
